RF Modulators (How to Connect Stuff to an Old TV)

How to use an RF modulator, and a simplified version of what it does. This can be used to connect newer devices to an old TV.

How do I plug in the RF modulator to the back of tv without breaking the little fragile pin 📍?
Asking because I ordered a RF modulator online because my tv doesn’t have the av red yellow white and the damn pin was broken when I took it out the mail package
