Everything about your home is Stunning, including your Patio. I grew up in NY, and Hoboken always attracted me. The LR Chairs are especially beautiful. Love your Art too. We have many inherited antiques. Our house is also eclectic. Beautiful Kitchen Cabinets and Wolf Stove. I am a Single Malt fan, including Japanese. I noticed yours. Your Decorative Talent shows!

I grew up in Hoboken. My parents would take us to Wonder Bread factory once a week to buy hot fresh bread. It was delicious. ❤️

We lived in Hoboken while all these factories were the heart and soul of the people who lived there and worked there. Hoboken homes are extremely high priced today.

My parents sold our home and we moved to the countryside of NJ
We visit Hoboken every now and then to get that delicious steak sandwich from Piccolos 😂❤

@@cassandra2685 I lived in Hoboken until after high school graduation but I’m still in Jersey retired. But the best memories were eating Tudino’s pizza, hanging out at Park Ave Library, and Edith and Niles Dance Studio. 😊
@@Seasun67 hold up 😂❤️ if I remember correctly Tudinos pizza on Washington street where the white and black dog was always laying on the sidewalk. If you remember Anthony’s Sylverama hair salon … my mom worked there and Sonny’s Hair salon too
@@cassandra2685 Yes on Washington Street. I don’t remember the dog. I remember the salon. My mother cut our hair. We went to the park on Hudson and played at Stevens tech field. I worked in the boutiques when I was a young teen. That was over 50 years ago. I’m now a retired RN and a happy grandma. It was nice reminiscing. Thank you. God bless you. 😊

I grew up on Washington street in a large brownstone style apartment. Hoboken is the most charming little city, it’s practically an extension of Manhattan

I forget that so many people don’t have outdoor spaces. I can’t imagine not having the outdoors just outside my door. This is a lovely space and she has done so well to make the outdoor space beautiful.

Not a loft person, but have to say this is the homiest loft I’ve seen. Beautifully done. I love her friend’s artwork and that powder room wallpaper 🥰. Would have loved to see a sample of her choice for the other bath.

I live 91 miles north of NYS. I was told my home is a Cape Cod. Lots of Oak, glass door knobs, pillars, window seat. Love the wood work. Mostly antiques but I did mix modern and old fashioned in my dressing room and sun room. Been my home since 1999. 💜🌈💜 Just got finally a brand new roof that was so needed! I thank Gid every time it rains Or should I say downpour! Born and raised here in New York. Been here my whole life. I have lots old hand men downs too. Flea markets, yard sales. Old and new. Love when I show my home it tells a story and has a history in almost everything. I’m very artistic too. Love paint, decorate and Garden.

I love just about everything about this apartment. It’s what I had envisioned when I bought mine, and although it’s a new building, I was attracted to the red brick on some exterior walls, including one wall of my large balcony. I very much wanted the industrial vibe, and thought of adding a red brick wall in the d.r. area, but lacked the courage of doing something so bold. My entire mood board now consists of this video. Thank you for sharing your beautiful interior.

Those typical Apulian limestone dwellings are called "TRULLI" and you can mainly found them in the part of Apulia around Alberobello. Please go visit it and consider that ALL parts of Italy deserves to be visited and known. Best regards from Rome.
