I own a 2016 Sorento LX with V6 engine. This is a great car! I have never driven the Telluride but aside from the modern interior I would be shocked if the Telly is a huge improvement over the Sorento. The V6 is awesome.
I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder 1.5 years ago. It was having engine sludge problems even though I personally changed the oil as recommended. Luckily the car dealership didn't notice the problem with the Pathfinder as I traded it in for the Kia Sorento. We dodged a bullet. Hyundai/Kia is super reliable.
Yrs the only person that showed what the button with the "P" is for ...I search all over the internet to find someone that would explain wat it's for (the parking sensorbutton)
Not so fast. This is my third Sorento over 7 years. For me, the Telluride is toooo big. The Sorento 3rd row is fine for kids on occasion. There is still some hidden under-floor space behind it.
@@myytchannel6632 And a VERY strong V6. I'm probably buying one this week it's a used 2020 SX AWD V6. Gloss black paint with grey interior leather and a lot of chrome fittings out the outside. Very sharp vehicle.
Drove one from California to Texas and back. Took 66 and It burned out almost all the oil in cruise control on the way out, no lights ever came on.. we thought it was the trucks infront of us. Put 4 quarts in and didn’t use cruise or push it at all on the way back and it was fine. Took out a huge tumble weed about the size of the car going 60 no problem. Not a scratch but it popped the side of the bumper but I taped it with palm and went back in place.. has more tech but I wouldn’t buy one over a dodge or a ford.. the gas pedal response sucks in real life, it just drives like a grandma car. And the stupid air vents have a mind of their own.
Stay away from these Kias. No wonder why people go for Japanese. these SUVs are piece of crap. I bought a brand new 2020 . in 5K the alignment is out the tires (KUMHO) are cupped. The dealership service is worse. they brush you off Kia says the tires are bad . I called KUMHO they said the dealership has to send us a report why the tires are cupped. The dealership doesn’t want to do it . it says it’s not our problem. I’m the fool stuck in the middle.👎👎👎
I liked your video.. I'm looking to buy a new SUV of some type and I'm doing this on my own for the first time (now divorced) so having somebody go through the vehicle is extremely helpful. The only downside I was hoping you would have more Hands-On with the panoramic moon view. Did it open up all the way? Was it easy to open and close did it make a lot of noise? Just wondering
The sorento looks ugly now. I agree for sure about it looking like the minvan that is the very first thing that popped into my mind before it was mentioned. I have the 2015 and love it, it has never let me down and been through so much with it but been considering a newer one but do not think i want one that looks like the 2020 maybe the body before the 2020. The Telluride is way to big for my liking but looks nice just to big
Stay away from the KIA (Sorrento). I bought one couple of months ago and it’s been a nightmare. At 5K the tire starting Making sound. The dealership checked it and said the tires were cupped. I called KUMHO. They said the dealership has to send us a report sayingwhy.The dealership is brushing me off. They say it’s not our problem.Worst experience. 👎👎👎

Much improved from the first generation. Looks pretty good. The warranty is the best in the industry. At least you were able to recover your camera.
Just picked up a 2019 Kia Sorento ex v6 awd it's been excellent. Audio quality could be better. We like it.

Its a very expensive Kia. So very few people trust Kia. That is why it is not being sold and many just sitting at the dealerships.

Yes! Telluride is being hyped a lot by people so it sells above MSRP. Buy this and you will get good value for your money.

Panorama is full length as is the shade. Only the front panel tilts or retracts. Not an issue. Love it.
