Talented people have a fanbase everywhere. Why are you surprised? And not only Russia, she came to my country, Belarus, twice. And both times I was at her concerts. She is one of the most brilliant singers in modern history.
This song was a mega hit in all post Soviet Union countries, as well as Sarah's other songs. I'm from Armenia, and I still remember what a huge hit this song was.

I saw the video here in the UK on the music channels The Box and Magic a few times! I don't think she's released much in the UK Bounce was her biggest (I still love it) and I think unbelievable got a few airplay spins on TV! Yes, it ws huge hit song in 2001-2002 in whole Europe. There was no promotion for this song in UK. The plan to release that song was scheduled on February 2002, but for some reasons it was canceled. Same with "One Nite Stand". You can also recognize "Let's Get Back To Bed-Boy" - that is another highly promoted song in UK.
Another ballad which is globally recognize (escpecially in Asia) is "Skin On Skin". :)

Definitiv! Auch andere Balladen von ihr sind von diesem „Unbreak-My-Heart“-Style inspiriert. In „Just One Last Dance“ (in der zweiten Strophe ab 1:40) gibt es meiner Meinung nach sogar eine Anspielung auf Toni Braxton, nicht auf „Unbreak My Heart“, aber auf „Spanish Guitar“, das vom Stil her ja ähnlich ist.
