Jet Boating Topock Gorge on the Colorado River

Jet Boating Topock Gorge on the Colorado River. We left from Pirate Cove Resort and traveled south. There is some big no wake zones you have to go through so the trip is a little slow, but the scenery is beautiful !! This stretch of the river you can run all the way from Laughlin down to Lake Havasu.

that's crazy scenery, how deep is the water there on average, your motor sounds awesome idling through the no wake section. Sound travels well on water at the best of time but I bet it travels even better through those cliffs.

Not sure on the depth, but plenty deep for the big boats to come up from Havasu.

Where did you launch from, how far did you ride up

We launched from Pirate Cove Resort and went down river a ways until we found a good sandbar area to hang out at for a bit before heading back
