It's a shame that you could only visit a very small portion of such a large manor house!! The grounds were well decorated, as were the four rooms that you could visit!! And yes, signage or something kind of info for the vast amount of artifacts would have been grand!! Thank you for the tour and relevant information of Blickling Hall!! Love the back stories!! Happy Holidays to everyone!!!
It's a shame you couldn't tour more of the Hall. On their web site there is a vitual tour for free...shows many more rooms! Good stories; Queen Anne's ghost certainly does get around! BTW, it was Thomas Cromwell; Oliver was the one involved in your civil war and was Lord Protector of the Commonwealth after they chopped King Charles I's head off ;-) Thank you for the video :-)
Dan, am I correct that at that point in history, when Henry VIII told the Pope to get bent that the Church of England was formed? Interesting to think of all that has happened because of that one decision by Henry VIII. Love the way you tell history!
The problem with this place was only 5% was allowed to be seen who knows what other treasures are in all the rooms it has alot of history it's a shame. we couldn't see it all :(
hi Dan & mazzy beautiful house lovely gardens shame you couldn't explore all the house & had more history of the place the prices were extortionate to say the least. those prices you would think you could go round all the house l will give it a 5 out of 10
re watching the older videos and they are so interesting! cant wait to see the future vids
You definitely tell the best historical tales Dan. Nice work with the tree Mazzy. 🎄😁.
Thomas Cromwell, not Oliver. Oliver was 100 years later.
Maybe consider asking some of the museum patrons what they thought of the museum, etc. Just a thought. Great job!
