RePlay reported Cadillacs and Dinosaurs to be the ninth most-popular arcade game at the time.
The game was quite popular in arcades in the 1990s. It is generally considered one of the most popular arcade games at the time in Brazil, in addition to being quite successful in the United States, Europe and Japan.
