When will Endeavour be finally be displayed as I have read, in a vertical "launch" position in an LA museum?

at least a few years. they have put it up there but they have to now build the building around it.

@@stvka Thanks a lot. I can't wait for that to be completed. I have already seen the Enterprise when it was in the DC area before the retirement of the space shuttles. Even though I live in NYC area I took pictures of Enterprise as it arrived on a barge but haven't yet seen it on the Intrepid aircraft carrier where it was finally enclosed in a protective structure. But during the barge trip and later before Enterprise was enclosed its wing tip was damaged during transit and then once on the Intrepid a storm damaged the very top of the vertical tail. At least Endeavor made it through the streets of LA without any damage. I was amazed that the overpass could support the weight of the Endeavor and its wheeled carrier. I saw the Discovery in the DC area as it, like Enterprise sat on its landing gear. The best is Atlantis at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida because it is positioned at an angle with the payload bay doors open and a replica Remote Canadian arm as the real one cannot support its own weight in a 1G environment! So one can walk around the Atlantis and in the lower level one can see the entire underside of the vehicle with most of its black tiles being very, very light black as these were most likely the originally applied tiles before Atlantis ever flew.
