I had started to find your videos a bit repetitive and lacking value, but this one was actually quite informative and well-summarized. I hope to see more videos like this one in the future rather than rehashing old video ideas.

I've actually thought his recent videos like the ones on different section layouts, website rebuilds, client acquisition, and SEO have been really good. Planning on getting Semflow as soon as I finish a course on building in Webflow

Great work Payton! I love how you simplify and illustrate steps in video. Much appreciated.

    I’m in phase 2
I have a few, I have a few monthly recurring clients. I just need to snag a couple more in order to have my bills covered for the month.

You are helping me out big time, I'm glad I have found you. I'm in the eating insects phase. How much did you have to work to get to phase 3 and 4? I have a full-time job but I put around 3 hours a day on design and starting a business. Like do I have to loose sleep in order to get there or what should I expect? Thanks Payton!

It was quite 💡 helpful Payton, especially the MRR model for client retention. ✨ Please start a series or make a tutorial on how to include story-telling in web design or on a landing page. Many thanks! 👍

You are put on an island alone... Build websites and make 10k a month! Love the analogy. 😂😂

    I just have one question
is it still worth it to pursue freelance web design today despite the existence of ai tools which can do our work in just few minutes? With ai tools only getting better and better in future

AI, right now at least, cannot keep up with current design trends. While they can create the basic parts kf a website. Any other website builder can do that. And even still utilizing that AI is sure to be costly especially until its widely adopted. I dont think AI should scare you away from web design. While maybe brand new businesses might pass by you. It might make you focus on more profitable clients

My problem is that I am very bad at making a good design and don't really know wich colors are suitable.
I just hired some people from Pakistan but they are not much better than me haha, any advise?

learn more about color palettes and what kinds of shades work well together, make sure readibility is on point, and use premade color palettes by good designers as an inspiration for your own.
