Great episode as always. As someone who just established their first warehouse, I would pay to visit the warehouse and see your operations. I'm not a clothing brand but to see the systems you have established would be beneficial for me.. Would love an episode on daily operations for success with your team. Example: times certain ppl arrive, who does what first and how you prepare at the end of the day for a successful next day etc.

I’m trying to transition from the streets to online like literally 🤣 my pop ups be so lit. I have famous entertainers wearing it. 🙏🏽 But I want to be able to have consistent bank statements from my website sales and right now majority of my income coming from pop-ups.
