- 第四集的嘉宾是前国会议员吴俊刚。他和主持人吴新迪追溯 1974年的国庆群众大会，讨论新加坡在70年代经济迅速发展后所面对的挑战。
吴俊刚说，李光耀1974年国庆群众大会的演讲内容非常重要，那是新加坡1965年独立之后的第9个年头，有关新马关系的谣言满天飞，可说是新加坡生死存亡的关键时期。

When a society keeps looking back, it means it has peaked and is on it's way down. I really hope I am wrong, but there seems to be a lot of videos of LKY and the good ol days, seems desperate to me. Afraid that Singaporeans will forget LKY founded PAP? Or maybe the videos are meant for immigrants living in Sg? Don't get me wrong, I have tremendous respect & gratitude for LKY, and believe it or not even for LHL. I just don't have a lot of faith in the paper generals that LHL surrounds himself with.
There are at least 2 types of ppl: successful & unsuccessful. There are at least 2 types of mindset, positive & negative.
Just looking back and moaning about the past glory likely lead to regression, continuously leaning from history to make adjustments will bring progression
If people can remember LKY, they will vote PAP, maybe out of gratitude to him.

"很驚訝用福建話，不是華語，要在今天沒有多少年輕人能聽得懂‘’，証明我的猜測是對的，不可能今天在台灣仍然有80％講閩南語。李光耀曾經說在60/70年代只有不到20％能講華語。因為當時大多數教育程度不高。
李光耀有一年來到台灣私人訪問 有一次跟著蔣經國一起到地方參觀 當他跟當地的台灣人用台語聊天時 蔣經國被嚇了一跳 他說自己身為台灣的總統 卻沒辦法跟人民直接對話感到不好意思
