shinx is actually in the wild cause shinx itself is in the season rotation. same as dragonite and butterfree, but all of them are pretty rare spawns. saw it early on twitter that sneasel, absol, wooper and croagunk costume is spawning in part 2 event. i didn't remember they were announced.
What is up with the shiny kirlia jumping out of ultra balls? I hit it with a golden razz excellent ultra ball curveball throw and it still jumps out every time.

Last year I didn't get shinys in 2 raid days in a row (with ticket). Then got a shundo. Haven't got a shiny from necrozma or gallade (with ticket). So here's hoping for shundo ho oh Also congratulations that is awesome

I had a Bowterfree spawn as well, so I think they're out there, but Kirlia is a rare spawn and anything else is SUPER SUPER rare.
