When animals, even, plants, and even some minerals (crystals) come in contact with creatures like human beings (or higher developed) who are conscious of themselves, it is possible that their spirits will develop and that they too can reincarnate as human beings or other 3rd density entities. Cats and dogs (for example) listen to their name and develop a sense of Self. There is nothing non-spiritual in this world everything is spiritual has do money. All that maters is how you use it. When a palani murugan swamy is made of multiple poision for a good cause and which has capacity to cure enormous disease. And the same poison can kill a lives. If you use money to create or you use to destroy is that all matters. This whole creation starts on duality, so this duality has came from one(both male and female together)(good and bad together)(negative and positive together) that is creation. Upanishads generally don't talk about money. Vedas have elaborate rituals and teachings regarding wealth.
Please don’t bring OSHA teachings into Advaita. All great sages like Ramakrishna Raman Maharshi Nisargadatta Neem Karoli baba were not from rich family. A person only gets into Advaita teachings to realise his true Self by divine grace. Money has nothing to do with true spiritual path.
I think every spiritual teacher has something to teach us if we are willing to learn. And Yes, the point of this video was that money (And how much money one has) has got nothing to do with spirituality.
