Apart from the fact that a foreigner must be married to a Thai wife to be allowed to buy the house, it was not mentioned who owns the land the house is built on? These requirements make the purchase of a house in Thailand not relevant for most foreigners, who could otherwise buy a holiday home in Thailand. These restrictions are discounted in the housing price.
If u buy with your girlfriend or wife,it will be in your name,or u buy condo or any property,it will be in you name no need any wife or girlfriend. Its very Clear,you will be owner
