Just wanna drop a comment that I have been trying to play through the DLC the way you play here- thoroughly exploring, no rush at all, taking time observing the environment and deliberately thinking about possible options, without any online message hints etc. And I enjoy this style so much!

I'm assuming we pick up mushrooms and smoldering butterflies on the Redmane soldiers because they are the ingredients for the fire pots they like to throw at us.
Man, I would be so interested in watching a second playthrough of this game from you to see how it would unfold differently! Not bad or good. Just different.
Also, you may be playing too much online Elden Ring when you hear at 42:00 "Guts, but holy" as "Guts butt hole-y" 😂. Time to log off.
Not necessarily opposed to NG+ content way down the road. I just sense this game is going to take SO long to get through once, I'm not sure I'll have the appetite for NG+ right away like I did with Sekiro lol. We'll see
Weapon movesets .... SPOILER
All weapons have at least 12 different attacks without ash of war, ... a light and heavy variant for each Standing, Crouching, Jumping, Backstepping, Rolling, and Running animations + ash of war, Charged version of heavy attacks, different moveset for 1h vs 2h and a seperate powerstanced ( 2 of same weapon type) moveset to complete each weapons moveset.
I really like that most generic soldiers in Land's Between all basically wear the same armor just changing the surcoat of their allegiance
We could probably tell when the Shadow of the Erdtree release day comes for Video Achenar cause of the new patch features

Raining arrows is a gwyndolin move that aldrich uses. Aldrich was eating gwyndolin and used his moves.
To this day I have no idea what that plunging attack looks like
This game is so huge that when I was playing the game I was wondering if I would retire or beat the game first... and I'm 32 years old
