Also, leaving your underwear off, if you're comfortable with that, can help us work the glutes much better!

When clients wear shorts after they’ve seen me, I actually assume they don’t want glute work and they’re showing me a physical boundary for them. (However it depends where you go. Sketchy rub and tug type massage parlors, you’ll want to keep them on)
Speaking of no underwear and farting… These ladies need to watch Miranda S3E3 The Dinner Party… she goes to an Osteopath with no underwear on then farts and 💨 blows out a candle 😂🤣
