Beautiful as always... I love scavenging for wildflowers and foliage, they bring so much interest and I really like the addition and contrast of the unknown white foliage you used 😊
@@barbaramcintosh4360 Thank you! The weather at the moment is ok, so it should be fine just laying on the ground. But that’s a good idea when it’s string winds outside.
The green and variety of the foliage looks gorgeous. I guess it is Scotland! I'm curious to know if the eucalyptus is "found" or commercial? I think the unknown plant added in at the end is just gorgeous! It highlights the roses too. I think it is a wonderful tribute to your Mom and Dad.
@@lynnemcnab3093 thank you Lynne! The eucalyptus was in a bunch of the flowers , so it was commercial. It was just easier to buy a few bunches for this single design. Hope you are enjoying the autumn season! 😊🍁🍂🍃
So pretty ❤ Lovely arrangement for your parents 🥀🥀 Thank you for sharing with us and your tutoring and I hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit up here in sunny Scotland (I'm on the east coast and we've had sunny days this week ~ hopefully the same where you are 🌞)
Absolutely gorgeous!! You make it look so effortless. I think this might be beautiful as a centerpiece for a large banquet round table for a wedding. And no vase! If you could forage the greenery the cost might be reasonable. Really spectacular!
@@susancook1448 thank you so much! You are right, for a table this also works, and if you can source foliage that really helps cost wise. If I was making it for a table then I would angle the roses at 90 degrees rather than upright so those sitting at the table can see them better.
What a lovely thing to do as you are "home" in Scotland - visiting your parents' graves. The wreath is wonderful,John. I happen to like these designs very much, but they are not popular here in the U.S. Most funeral work these days consists of standing sprays, casket sprays, and vased arrangements. Funerals with maches and set pieces are few and far between. I hope your time in Scotland has been wonderful. Thanks for this lovely video.
@@stepps511 thank you! It’s funny how there can be such a difference in popular designs from one country to another. This was a good opportunity to go and visit - and up the weather has been kind as well. It’s cooler but nice! The colours are really coming on the trees now. Hope you are having a great week 🍁🍃🍂

Hi John, Wonderful I really like Scotland👍🏻 with all its culture and magnificent garden🌺The wreath rings like specially the roses standing out 🥰and I like to know can this arrangement be used for a table? Thank you
@@mariacordero4561 thank you so much- yes, rings of flowers work well on a table - you can use them as a base for other containers or candelabras for example. A lot of people call them wreaths but they are just rings of flowers! If I was doing this for a table I would angle the main roses outwards rather than upwards would be the only difference, as the line of vision for people will be different.
Love the buds. I go ditch bank looking all the time to find flowers. Some people call them weeds, but if it has a flower it's a flower. Loved the wreath. ❤️🫶❤️ Eastern NC 🇺🇸
