The Son Doong Cave in Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park, Vietnam, is known to have the largest cave chamber in the world. The main chamber in Son Doong Cave, called Hang Sơn Đoòng, is over 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) long, 200 meters (656 feet) high, and 150 meters (492 feet) wide.
They claim to have the “largest cave”, which is not correct by any measure. They may have the largest cave passage by volume if it could be verified. They do not have the largest chamber.
The Sarawak Chamber is still the largest cave chamber by area, Miao Room in China is largest by volume… Son Doong is just the world’s largest in terms of height n length, like in general… and im a Sarawakian…
By the way Mom and parents phone but is there like any fish or anything in that cave that you can get hurt by because the water looks monkey and you wouldn't be able to look down to is there any like fish or Brianna's or any scary dangerous animals that could be roaming in the water

I love caves they are so so fascinating but I could never get myself to go spelunking I’m just too claustrophobic but I still enjoy seeing them.

I heard the very sad news. Same area, different cave. Things may have been very different for us had the rain started a little later.
