It's curious how the line counterparts aren't always an exact match. For example: in the Korean OT12 version, Xiumin sings Kai's "Destiny" line in the second verse, but Xiumin also gets Sehun's part of the rap in the Mandarin version, and Kai's instead goes to Tao.
i know im two years late, but it's most prob because their positions aren't always a match. like exo-m technically only have one main vocal, chen, while luhan is, by position, just a lead vocal (eventhough he is prob capable of being a main vocal). same with the main rapper position, technically kris is exo-m's main rapper, tao is lead. but as we see, in chinese versions kris doesn't always get chanyeol's part (as in growl, note: his korean rap part could've easily been given to tao in the chinese version to match positions). some members also don't directly have a counterpart, like suho. suho could be xiumin, yet he could also be luhan position-wise. and then xiumin is a rapper, he is also compared to sehun (and sometimes kai). but sehun is most popularly compared with tao instead of xiumin. same with kai, he could be both lay (when he sings) or tao (when he raps). same with the korean main vocals, baekhyun and kyungsoo could switch counterparts (d.o was chen in growl, yet baekhyun is chen in overdose. while, d.o was luhan in overdose and baekhyun was luhan in growl, note: this is line-wise). in short, it's because their positions aren't always a match.
I'll do MID in december since it's mostly a christmas album, for the other winter albums I'll do it in chronological order just like the rest of their albums.
