Do they send the invertation letter and the Visa support at the same time or at differ time
The invitation letter is not really as important as the visa support, so they send the visa support first but it might differ.

will every applicant receive an email to inform them whether they got it or not? regardless of having been accepted.
They only send a list and you check your names if your name isn’t there then you know what it implies and sometimes there’s a waiting list.
