    Hello, thanks for sharing. What's your base setup for a loose track, go some ideas for a good starting point? I've got softer springs, thinner anti-roll bars, more droop and chassis flex maximised. I also adjusted the pills for more inboard toe-out and anti-dive (0.5mm down and out). I also put shims inside rear camber links 2mm for roll center adjustment. Any other ideas?

    Thank you for your explanation. I am using a touring car 21.5 class. Our local track is not too big. We have about a moderate to high grip asphalt and it is outdoor. What in your opinion is the correct droop setting front and rear if the driver is a 9 year old beginner but already knows how to drive?

    DO DROOP VALUE NEED TO BE LESS THAN RIDE HEIGHT ?
    FOR EXAMPLE RIDE HEIGHT 6 DROOP 5.5

    I went through the video, but still missed out on what the numeric value of down stop over ride height. I know it's physically noticed from static ride height to when the wheels lift off the ground. I can get a number from that. Right now my down stop is 2mm over ride height front and 3mm over ride height rear. I know this is wrong, but I have no idea how much travel the droop number setting means.

    What are the implications of running the same droop front and back?

    • @patrickbeckrc2113
      @patrickbeckrc2113 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What do you mean exactly? Normally you dont run the same droop values front and rear!

      @@patrickbeckrc2113 I had to dropthe rear droop to 4mm but the front is already at that. Does that mean I have to drop the front to 5mm?

    hi. I wanted to know if droop is set before ride height or ride should be set first?

    • @smashrc123
      @smashrc123 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Doesn’t matter. You set the ride height using the spring preload, not the set screw.
