I love that Tom does things like dishes, picking up toys, taking out trash, and putting the baby down for a nap! I've seen so many husbands who leave ALL of that up to the wife, even when the wife also has an outside the home job. It takes two people to make a baby. It should take both of them to do the hard work of taking care of that baby and all the chores that go with it! / soapbox

Exactly. I love what we see of Gi and Tom's relationship. My husband and I are very similar. We take care of my son 50/50. My husband cleans just as much as I do and he even gets up in the middle of the night with my son almost every night. I know I'm lucky, but it's ridiculous that this should be considered lucky. This is how it should be.
