He has now fled to Australia after a multitude of thefts/cons.
Quite fitting really given the history of those who innitially migrated from the UK to Australia... ie criminals.

It turns out this arrest was built on a complete lie and that claim that was said to be in his book was not and was crap put on Wikipedia by an idiot, so he went through hell for nothing. Hope he is well and he gets his life on track again soon.

      1. Read the book
      2. The Dutch prosecutor who issued the warrant did it off their own back, no police force or government body was involved.
      3. The Dutch authorities later dismissed some of the warrant claiming they had made basic and embarrassing errors.
      4. The judge later dismissed the warrant completely without CJ being questioned claiming it should never have been issued.
This case was so full of flaws it was ridiculous

Where did you get that from? He wrote a book and claimed he killed a guy by punching a mugger into the canal back in the 80s. The Dutch police then tried to tie him to a murder and there case fell apart. He wasnt in trouble because of wikipeia, he was in trouble because he'd told an obvious lie to big himself up. He went bankrupt a couple of years later and now hes my claimee when he comes and signs on at the job centre I work at.

I have read the book and what CJ was accused of is absolutely what he describes. The only difference is that unlike the accusation he doesn't explicitly state that he thought he killed somebody. However the nature of the assault and the highly likely death of the victim is described in the book. So really it makes no difference whether he actually said "I think I killed him". The assault still took place as did the dumping of his body in a canal following the brutal attack. CJ is a dangerous individual with a track record of disturbing arrests. This is one of many crimes this guy has been accused of/committed.
