Nathan is a legend, a few weeks ago taking a pro boxing fight on short notice against an unbeaten prospect an MTK global fight night and winning, and boxing is his second sport, would be great to see him get an opportunity on a big Muay Thai event.

Nate and Christian..ive watched this like 20 times. Dream come true-he'll definitely benefit immensely from all the knowlsey boys slick footwork and switch outs cus he's already remarkably explosive and athletic.

Well the guy hitting the pads usually gets tired and since its very concetrated usually doesnt show much emotion

Nice! What kind of conditioning does the fighter do to maintain that intensity? Lots of road work?
A lot do roadwork, but also just constantly training, pad work, sparring etc it gets you in shape.
