GOULDS pump boils water! What failed?

A J10S max pressure at any suction depth is only a little over 60PSI. Your should not be running that pump much higher than 50PSI.

Why do you have two?
J10s can push 20 gpm having a setup like that they are fitting each other.

@@tonycoffee7335 The second pump is a backup. It isnt running. I used 3 way valves to line up if needed.
