It's one of the tastiest burger patties recipe I've tried.

This is a very tasty variation of the well-known recipe for burger patties, cooked in the oven, as the potato mash, ketchup and yellow cheese make them taste even better!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
5 potatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
500 grams of minced meat
4-5 slices of soaked bread
2 eggs
Salt Pepper
Mint
Paprika
Oregano-thyme
Olive oil
Ketchup
Yellow cheese
Method
First, boil the potatoes in the pot until they are soft.
At the same time, puree the onion and pepper in the food processor.
Then, put all the ingredients in a bowl (except ketchup and cheese) into the minced meat and mix well.
After we have achieved a homogeneous mixture, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Grease the pan, shape the minced meat into burgers and put them on the pan. We make a cavity in the center, as shown in the video, and fill it with the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
Then, spread ketchup and yellow cheese on the minced meat.
Finally, bake at 200 degrees Celsius, until the minced meat is cooked.
