- Kicked out of his apartment by his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Emily, Ross (David Schwimmer) seeks temporary refuge with Chandler (Matthew Perry) and Joey (Matt LeBlanc) in their two-bedroom apartment. It's not long before Chandler and Joey start to feel like Ross is cramping their style (literally): Ross is nitpicking the air purifier costs, changing the message on their answering machine, and shushing them every few minutes. Joey and Chandler have no choice but to conspire to get Ross out-ASAP. #Friends

@@batgurrl How was he annoying all the time? Was he annoying when he told Joey to quiet down while he was working? The least Joey and Chandler could have done was support him as he was going through some difficult situation, which they didn't. That just really shows how little they care about him.

@@fictionaddiction4706 There are earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, quiet places like libraries, the museum he works at etc. They were literally playing in the other room and he was STILL bothered. And it was not just that, he taped over something that wasn't his and requested they pay for something after he already bought it (presumably without asking first). That's just being a terrible and entitled guest

Joey and Chandler were being bad friends here. Their best friend Ross just got through a second divorce, the least he could expect was the support of his friends, instead they wanted to kick him out.
Well they realised that and felt guilty afterwards...and didn't let him go to his new apartment.

@@narutomax1101 personally, I think telling Joey to try and keep quiet was fine when he was in the living room area. But once he and Chandler were in Joey’s room, Ross should’ve kept to himself unless it became a huge never ending ruckus. And the air purifier thing was really outta line since that’s his thing. Chandler and Joey don’t actually use it, so that should be only Ross’s expense, especially since he brought it in specifically for his own needs.
@@SoriCastel Well if it was really out of line then they should have talked to his face instead saying shit about him behind his back. Ross even said that they could talk to him if he gets annoying. And also you don't 'use' an air purifier, it just sits there doing its own thing. Again they should have talked to him if it bothers them so much.
@@SoriCastel For the quiet down thing, when someone moves into your home temporarily, you have to make adjustments for some time. They were screaming while playing foosball, they could have played quietly. And before you start saying that 'if it bothers him so much, he should have moved out', he tried to, Joey and Chandler didn't let him.
