*When a 6.5 minute video is more helpful than an actual class.* But fr, online school is so bad for me (even though I'm good at french) since no one's there to explain real-time :/
5:27 That’s not the case for verbs that conjugate as -èle or -ète in the present tense. The future tense of acheter begins with achèter-, and adds the ending. I will buy = J’achèterai.
You are right! We go over this change in the conditional as well: th-cam.com/video/qFNtInykmtk/w-d-xo.html French: there are exceptions to the exceptions :)
Thanks for this! What do you mean by the endings for nous and vous aren't the same as the endings for 'avoir' - these are avons and avez so how are these endings different? thanks again!
The je, tu, etc. endings are literally the entire, identical words of the avoir conjugation. The avoir conjugation for nous and vous are AVons and AVez, not ons and ez, so they are technically not the exact same as the future endings (like the others are).
Thanks alot,it really helped me but thing only is I don't really know how to write sentences in French except I know the endings, I must really try my best to write a sentence out of this 🤪🙄🤔😭.
Thanks for simplicity in this vid I asked someone in a year above me about future tense he told me that you have to learn the masculine and feminine of every verb

Merci BEAUCOUP !!!!!! I feel like ugly crying happy tears because I have been struggling with this form, in French! *Gives giant squishy bear hugs to first random stranger because happiness can’t be contained any longer !*
For use of the FUTUR PROCHE, it should be used for activities in the "near" future.... tomorrow, this weekend, next week, for example. The FUTUR SIMPLE is farther into the future.
That's right! The future endings are the same whether the verb is regular (use infinitive as stem) or irregular (use what you see starting at 3:26). The endings are always -ai, -as, -a, ons, ez, ont.
