They tried to put him in a healthy diet, he ended up with 5 eggs, his bacon, etc. At 96, I would say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. 😂🤣Lol. That looks good. And might as well eat what ya like.

Pryex can break, but it's very rare. It will shatter instantly when exposed to thermal shock. That is when it goes from extreme heat to extreme cold. It makes a huge mess.

Fyi, if you boil the ham first, it boils all the salt out of it, and then it isn't bad for high BP. And idk if you looked for sandwich spread at the Family Dollar store, Dollar General, or Dollar Tree bc they have here in south Louisiana, of course so does Walmart. Matter of fact all the grocery stores here have it. Also if you ask the store manager to order it for you they will.

Pyrex will definitely break if you drop it. However it can withstand high temperatures. You can put it into microwave and it will tolerate hot foods, CB liquids and syrups. And the pans and casseroles can go into a hot oven. But it will break if dropped.
I was just thinking if I could, I would get Mamaw an induction cooktop like I have now. I had been unable to stand at the stove for very long to cook anything but when we got one of those, it was a game changer. Now I can sit and cook all I want without my legs and my back going out.
