This song topped all the charts in Korea. You see the contrast between the two rappers and their mentality. They reason they acted they way they did (one looking down while the other being more lively) is because they are talking about their life and mental issues. Vinxen went through a lot as a kid and had a negative outlook on life, when he came on the show he met Haon who was the complete opposite and they became very good friends. The lyrics have a very deep and personal meaning to them.
The beat was chosen on purpose because they were rapping to each other since Vinxen has been at low, low points in his life, and during HSR, he met HAON, who helped him out and was the opposite of him despite them both being teens. They were both rapping to each other about their perspectives and how they feel on a happy type of beat because regardless of how they feel, they are told that as students/ teens, that we aren't facing any real difficulties in life, so we should be happy because we are young when in reality we aren't we all have struggles, and everyone faces them differently.
Actually this song is not like a turn or toast kinda song...you need to understand the concept behind the song.. Once u understand the concept and what they mean then u understand the beauty of the song. When I first heard the song I was not at all impressed but when I checked the lyrics and understood the whole concept behind the song I was so impressed and its one of the best songs in hsr2
This song was actually a dialogue between them because Vinxen is was struggling with depression and had done suicide attempts and sees the world from a darker point of view while haon is an optimistic guy notoriously known for his uplifting raps and postivity. They're sharing experiences and point of vies of life and end up that either way they're just products of the system(society being the oppresive system whivh sees everyone as a product and not as human being). If you're gonna judge a track for lyrics, beat and delivery you have to check both live and the track its self with attention. Also about the audience this is a competition meaning the tracks are first heard there so no one know the vibe or the lyrics until that time. Also cultural difference , koreans vibe in a different way. Also most of the people shown reacting where judges of the show so they needed to pay close attention to evalute the track and perfomance accordingly. Your channel is really nice but if you put some more effort on actually listening the tracks or finding context it would be a better experience both for you as creators and us as viewers

This show is high school rapper which is basically a rap show for teens And actually the song is based on a concept The concept is based on barcode on products Vinxen mom worked on grocery store and the sound and beat is related to the concept they chose about the beep sound we see when a code is scan Haon was the white part of barcode while vinxen was like the best song U should check out the lyrics and understand the whole concept of the song It hits harder when u know what they mean to do.
