First you need to understand what exactly is the problem you are facing with your current system in place. See if you have the budget to get an enterprise level tool. Let's say you have to start building a CRM using Airtable then, start with something very basic. Re-create sheet fields into Airtable and then build an interface on top of it. We have shown how you can do that in this video. If you need help with something more specific, then let us know!
