Tiya Mame is already beautiful just the way she is. Kulot is beautiful at sana ma-accept na yan ng tuluyan ng lahat, hindi yung porket kulot automatic ipapa-straight agad dahil yun yung nakasanayan ng karamihan. Pwede naman pong ipa-treatment lang yung buhok nya kung iyan ay dry.

Avocado, coconut oil at extra virgin olive oil ang healthy para sa katawan. At kakain ng plant-based foods. Legumes ay nakaka baba ng cholesterol at oatmeal. Huwag palaging deep fried food, instead steamed, nilaga at baked.
