I distributed my music through ditto but when you search for it on youtube its on some random persons channel and not mine...and my channel is exactly the same as my ditto artist name...what do i do

Can I get a Ditto music plan and claim an official channel without distributing a song with them? And if so will it automatically merge my topic channel which consists of music that I’ve released via TuneCore to my TH-cam channel?

It won't do that, you will have to resubmit to ditto music, your music you released from Tunecore with the same ISRC code.
