NICE case , David ! I just got a 3x4 / 2x5 case and I love it. Pulling the interior out is easier once you are confident that it was made to come out and you KNOW you're not going to damage it. Then you just put your fingers into the holes,clench your fist , and PULL ... hard ! It takes some effort to make the Velcro release . A good thing,since you don't want it coming out each time you pull out a cue. Enjoy the case . By the way , I saw in a different video where you complained about JB Cases having dorky backpack straps . You DO know that you can order a case without them from JB directly , don't you ? They will add or delete anything you ask , you just need to let them know. Two straps, one strap , or none. Oversized pockets, extra pockets or none at all. It's up to the buyer.
I never had any plans to get a JB case for regular use. I just wanted to thank them for all the sponsoring they do. Even with the two backpack straps, it's just fine for storage, and that's all I'm using it for.

Watch some jb cases videos and I think you will find t the jb case is a high quality product. Much better than that jflowers you showed

The white label of the insert faces out as you open the case (lines back of the lid hing).
