That was amazing. I am so overworking my images and you just stroll through that and produce amazing results

Well that was fun. Learned a few things, reprocessed my own RC8 Pillars photo and it got dramatically better, even though I'm a fake astrophotographer using OSC 🤣 All I can ask for, thanks Steve!

Steve, No way anybody could hate on you. You've done so much for the AP community. Personally, l've learned the most from you. You are a talented and entertaining dude.
NASA must look at your photos and say to themselves, "did we really need to spend zillions.. We should have just called Stevie!"
Great stuff Steve. Love it man.

Thank you for this video and giving me motivation to go and reprocess my M16 data from last year. Like you I tried to see how close I could get to the Hubble image. Can't post it here but mine came out great. Yours is spectacular as well!

Haters are gonna hate but I have to say that's one of the best pillars of creation I've seen, apart from the spikes ha ha, Clear skies.

OPD!! Thanks Dr Steve for the diagnosis that has afflicted me for the last couple of years of endless cloud. What happened to the music and refreshment product placement? Keep up the great work.

You are a master of your art ! , I’m gonna save this video and try and use it to help me process my mono images , I’m sure I caught at the start that you said you had already aligned them :) but if I can get a quarter of what you’ve done in this image I would be more than happy 👍 clear skies from the UK 👍

I did! Thanks again....I need to upgrade my focuser first. It's struggling with the 2600

@@enteringintospace4685 I'm running 294mm, 5 pos filter wheel and 2 inch Moonlight and the tension must be set quite tight to prevent tube slippage/creep. If I do encounter slippage, say on a focus routine, at these high pressures the pinion will dig into the tube. Also when camera is removed and you turn focuser by hand it's fairly rough at these pressures. Focuser has a fresh tube and bearings.. I'd recommend a R&P if you can find one.

I’m shooting with a Canon R5 and recently graduated from a 70-200 lens to a Redcat 71 WIDF. Your processing vids have been super helpful with my galaxy shots- thank you.

I like the Orton effect. I just applied to a nebula image that is very busy, and it improved it for sure. Can't wait to watch this video. Diana ❤️
