I have a badlands xr and I love it for rifle season. The harness is comfy and doesn't bother me. I am however looking at this vortex to use during archery, to avoid the magnetic click clack when closing.
I'd suggest this one or the Kifaru. A buddy of mine just got the Muley Freak bino harness, and that was pretty nice as well. All of those options have no mags.
Yep. I did a full video on this. It's unfortunate because I like the Marsupial standard bino harness, but I don't use it when I'm hunting unknown ground and relying on my phone for OnX and SF. My Kifaru bino harness is my go-to when hunting
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors I had the same issue. It really messed up both my phone and traditional compass. I had some frustrating moments on our hunt last fall from it.
Nice review. I have been looking into picking one up but have been waiting to see some reviews and get some opinions.
Thank you. With upgraded straps, you would still be cheaper than the complete Marsupial package.
Can you do the cabelas instinct bino harness?
I will check it out.
Where did you find it in Green? I’ve only seen it in Tan?
The vortex is tan, the Marsupial is Green.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoorsit looks green on my end which is why I asked. Great review! Thanks.
@johnnyalvarez7788 thank you!
It could be the lighting or the post-color correction.
I’m having a really hard time deciding which Bino harness I should get. So far it’s between the Vortex Glasspak Pro and Badlands Mag 2. Any opinions?
I've never been a fan of the Badlands harness. Just not my style so I would go with the vortex.

I'm buying these, my current harness uses magnets and totally messes with my gps and compass

I don’t think there are options like marsupial for the bigger size hunters
This one has a lot of adjustability, but adjusting it is a pain.
