That story is heartbreaking, but I believe that sometimes tragedies happen and they're completely random, and sometimes its a work of the demonic realm. But I personally don't believe God would cause that tragedy to teach His children a lesson. He works everything for our good, so in the end it worked out, and it was a testing of faith, but God wouldn't blatantly do that. When you're in ministry and you're a prophet, you're a prime target of the demonic realm. That's the stark reality of it, and often times, demons will target parts of your family that are less protected by prayer. In the end whether you die as a baby or die at a hundred, it is a difference of milliseconds compared to eternity, so we really need to think from an eternal perspective.
