This video was made using Videopad Video Editor. While I still find Cyberlink Powerdirector 13 handy, the software is an old cracked version I cannot update, and the laptop I run it on is 7 years old. It was hard finding a watermark-less free software that I didn't have to pay a subscription fee to use, but for what I intend to use it for, Videopad seems to suffice. I'll release a few more tests with it over time to see if it's worth it, before properly editing the Dead Island series.
