Beautiful boots! Your point about the sole being wider in other boots is absolutely right. I have a pair of JK Forefront boots. I love them, and they are incredibly comfortable, but the soles stick out really wide. I'm not crazy about that.

The W&C leather is super nice and it worths the higher price.I am placing my first order and your videos are helping a lot.And I am also living in Europe and the price is much higher. How is the width? My Iron Rangers are D, very comfortable but the leather has stretched enough.I am thinking to order E for Nick’s.Or may be EE.What is your experience. Thank you!
My experience is to get the width correctly otherwise it’s a very expensive mistake 😅. I would really try to measure the circumference of the ball of your feet and look closely at the Nicks boots width chart. In red wing I can only fit a Iron Ranger and Moc toe in D but other models I need E or EE. For instance if you measure 10 1/8 inch circumference and EE is 10 1/4 I would go down to E to get a tighter fit which will stretch to get a close fit.
Are these your favorite to wear in your collection regarding comfort? They are beautiful. I can almost feel the hours you must have spent during the order decision process 😁
I was most excited about the double stuffed leather and it didn’t disappoint, it has become a very comfortable pair of boots that I can wear on whatever the day throws at me. The fun thing is all of these boots have there own special way they will eventually fit your feet. In the end I love all of these boots because they give me the support and confidence to get through any day 👍!
Hello , I have a question regarding shipping to europe. I am trying to place my order and they are giving me several options for delivery. From something like 90$ to more than 300.I am confused.
I was lucky the initial fit (width, size, shape) was pretty good. But after a couple of weeks I got some pressure points and changed the kilties which helped. Then it was not much trouble. I have some Latigo’s and they will be a bigger challenge seeing they are leather lined and all.😅
I just ordered the double stuffed back in may 2022, they didn’t have the different models yet. I feel like these are falcons/ urban drifters but all HNW last Nicks are pretty much the same shape. I do think the sander did a great job slimming the boots down a bit, giving it a more classical look. I might try to sand a pair of Nicks myself which are just a bit to wide.

I am wearing 10.5 US and my width measures 10 5/8 “.
Nicks chart recommends EE , so I can choose E for tighter fit.
FYI. White's boots are a little wider because of the type of hand welt they do..... Enjoy your beautiful boots.
That can be but my whites were not sanded properly. Couldn’t drive a car in those things!
