YG have a monthly evaluations. Other then Chiquita a little over 2 years training. All the others are between 4-6 years. It's a lot. Yes, to your question about 30 days. They train of 13 days straight with one day off. 3 vocal/rap and 4 dance lessons per day. Black Pink did the same. This is YG. Other company are not this strict. But the quality speaks for itself.

The producer thats speaks english often can’t really speak korean so hence why he always speaks english. The executive “main” producer : YG himself his english isn’t good so he mainly speaks korean. The executive producer isn’t just a producer only and the main judge, he is the founder of yg entertainment and is the current president. He left the ceo position to his brother but yg entertainment is his actual name in symbols. Usually the president of a multi million dollar label stays home and let other works for him but he loves to be involved in their music and holds the most power and decision if the music should be released or not
