Water and soft drinks does not help the burning sensation in your mouth when you eat spicy food. The best think to do is to take a zip of milk, or have some yoghurt in your mouth (not necessary to swallow). The fat in in milk/yoghurt take away the pain of spicy food.

So cool, I’m just realizing it’s been hongjoong they’re talking to on this radio show. I’m kind of just getting into Ateez these past few months like I knew the songs guerrilla and the real before but now I watch their content and LOVE THEM SO MUCH and have so many more favourite songs from them now. Spice and I arn’t friends… my spice tolerance has gone up a bit over the years and I can handle it more than a friend of mine. I can handle some heat/spice, but I don’t want it to be the only thing I get. I don’t want to be metaphorically breathing fire and down my drink in one go because of the spice/heat level. I can handle a mild heat and that’s about it and even then it depends on my mood.. a seedless Jalapeno popper can be too much for me sometimes.
