Harry has some practice footage in his 'behind the bars' and other videos where he will pick some certain techniques and practice them repeatedly. Like triplet flows, ABAB, etc. He will do things like allow zero filler, etc., where he will make himself fail instead of using fillers. It is very focused and he makes a distinction between practice and 'just rapping' or rehearsing. His skill at practicing might be his most important one!

You shoul watch his Souliloquies EP. It's the most elaborate I have seen from Harry. The last track is by far my favorite of everything he has ever put out (and I have watched pretty much it all lol)

2 things to add to the discussions: 1) Harry was doing practice sessions on twitch pre-tour giving some good insights to his regimen, maybe we can dig up the footage. 2) I always assumed the Ads were written verses cause they're so intricately structured and informative and give me vibes of Harry's writtens like on Contents Under Pressure
