Chili garlic oil ll stay good 2-3 weeks easily but when stored properly in an airtight jar , clean and dried properly. Jar only to be closed after it’s fully cooled . Safest store in fridge . Actually Ryaan finishes it in , so no idea if it last longer than 2-3 weeks
