Ingredients for Mutton Kola Urundai :-
Mutton keema - 150grm
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 3
Clove - 3
Cardamom - 1
Onion - 1 medium size
Corinder leaves - little bit
Green chilli - 1
Chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Corinder powder -1/4 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tablespoon
Salt - As required
Roasted gram - 3 tablespoon
For gravy :-
Onion - 2 Medium size
Tomato - 2 Medium size
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Bay leaves - 2
Star Anise - 1/4
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Corinder leaves - few
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 tablespoon
Water -150ml
Curry masala - 2 tablespoon
