This video was just a quick review video with some feedback that i wanted to give after playing the new update for a few hours. Don’t get me wrong, i still enjoy Undisputed and will be making content on it. It’s just there are a few issues that make it hard to play a certain parts of the game. We all want the game’s bugs to be fixed and for it to succeed and do well so we can all enjoy a boxing game.
If your online opponent throws in the towel you get the win match animation but your record gets a loss. It happened to Martial Mind two times in a row in his latest video.
I got a major issue since the update all my CAF boxers looks bulky as hell like there about 500 Ibs or more🤷🏿♂️ I’m like wat the hell like they increase in size massively
Game still has issues. It’s like punching someone in the head doesn’t matter, you can’t get your opponent stuck on the ropes when you have someone circling all fight, body punches are OP, and I feel like if you don’t power punch you won’t win.
It’s almost 2025. The video game industry makes billions of dollars. Don’t y’all think they’ve made all their money back already and some? & at who’s expense? OURS. Yeah it’s just a game but we’re the ones supporting that game with money we spend. Technology is the best it’s ever been, they can get it right.
"They didn't fix desync, ghost punches, or hit detection" the most important parts in any boxing game I totally agree with you and people still cheat don't forget about that.
I have no words for that fight where you dropped your opponent and it didn't even register the 8th round and it said you won but your opponent won 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ for the game to survive they need to fix the game because adding fighters won't help the game when no-one plays it
One of undisputeds best here. In my opinion, the hit detection has improved for me and I had a serious issue with it. I’m not sure if it’s a PlayStation thing or it’s just with certain fighters, it’s actually improved. I play on PC and I can honestly see the improvement. My punches are actually hitting the opponent’s now. It’s not the best but it’s way better than before and the stamina has also improved - which helps. Every other issue right now, I can handle but I understand for most that it’s still a major. Hopefully they continue with the improvements. Good video!
i think hit detection is an alignment issue. i believe the fix is the feint. i believe when you miss its because you are not "zero"ed in on your opponent foing a feint jab seems to get me back on target because i believe it forces my character to "lock on to target" try it and see if it helps you out. im starting a youtube channel myself called Undisputed Tactics. ive got over 2400 hrs in game and have a actual boxing gym so hopefully i can help the community by sharing online the way you do. love your content by the way~ cheers Turbo Shane
Career mode is broken. Game continues to freeze. I even started a new career and now it won't get out of the loading screen. Sucks because i was really enjoying playing before this update
Patch is trash should have demanded refunds from the start! Broken piece of trash game there will be no redemption arc. Boxing science and authentic fighting my ass…adding Jake Paul and not having key legends destroyed whatever small bit of credibility they had left.
One thing I noticed I don’t think a lot of people in this boxing community understands the accuracy attribute on these boxers maybe that has something to do with the missing also
it’s got nothing to do with that unfortunately, even in this video, punches are in range, especially body hooks and they completely miss and move off target.
Hell no if you go to career which I played for the past week you will still miss punches it doesn’t matter if your accuracy is 90+ the punches still doesn’t connect when they should.

I think devs made the hit detection like that on purpose cuz everyone was complaining about power punch spamming when the fix for that's was to simply not get hit but people were so garbage blamed it on "spamming" now they make you not want to throw as many cuz it might not land cuz of hit detection which might give your opponent a counter shot which they didn't earn combined with a lot more of your stamina gone after throwing said punch
I would like to think that any GOOD boxer in the world would be more cautious with their punches in the later rounds… because well it’s the later rounds.. so could please provide better evidence for your complaint?
The part at the end when you pointed out the hit detection. Thats been an issue since the very beginning. This game doesn't even have clinching so it feels like there's an invisible force field. Fight night round 4 had that issue and EA addressed it when they made fight night champion. Once they fix that this game will be a problem. And they better hope they fix it before EA decides to make a boxing game just to compete
I'm very new at this game, only a few days. How is is possible, to punch that fast? If i throw combinations (jab,strait,body,hook) it is very slow, compare to your punches and combos.
Haven't played it yet bro. I think when they dropped that interim patch in November the punches not landing I feel has something to do with the buff to the guard they did in November

The same thing happened to me and my experience playing online everything you said in this video happened to me. I’m so upset. They did not fix anything in the patch. It made it worse.

So there’s a new tread where players can get a health event by spammering “left/right combos to your body” for example, if they land left,right,left hooks then they get an easy knock down. Prior to the patch update spamming is non existent now it’s back. Usually a well timed power punch in the he’d will solve this but since the patch it doesn’t. 2. Body jab plus “holding back right hand spamming “ fought a player using Khan that spammed this the whole fight. Not only that but he kept getting “counters” in a row. This is a huge exploit that will be huge problem in the future. I personally felt the stamina lost was perfect now it’s back for the spammers to exploit the game again. 3. Ranks makes no sense. I’m 12-4 silver 2 but a player that is rank 40 is 4-11? Like what? lol When you are low of Stamina your blocks should be weaker, your punches should be slower, you should be more susceptible to health events. This in game you just walk and can’t use lose movements. That’s all, it makes no sense. Also health events are pushing fighters too far away to finish. I would rock someone then a big punch send them flying 3 feet away where I can’t finish them. Make blocks weaker during health events. FIX FLASH KNOCKOUTS. It makes zero sense since the patch. I would counter my opponent with a heavy punch, no health events or flash knock down, but a small petty pat hook…BOOM I’m knocked out cold. This happened to me in two fights I was dominating my opponent. Only heavy punches should cause a flash knockout Bring back the big stamina tax this is boxing not MMA.
Deleted this weeks ago from my ps5, don’t play online so didn’t care about the issues with that, just wanted to see someone get up from where they were knocked out. So watching this video they haven’t done anything about it so i’ll carry on with fight night champion on my series s.
only problem i have with it so far is now they can chain punches way to fast i was playing online trying out big zhang and the guy i was versing was using 64 ali, 64 ali can chain shots with power shots ridiculously fast its broken, and they still havent fixed the problem with someone quitting yes it cuts to a scene of them giving up but for some reason it still takes me SP away still makes me think whats the point of playing this if im gonna basically lose when i win if someone quits, shouldnt be a hard thing to fix

Brother the quiting glitch is not fixed! Either on ranked or online quick match. I loose XP and either gives me a loss or my record stays the same and the 8th round glitch has happened twice to me! The game on the PS5 is broken. Im a competitive player im 61-17-2 them 17 looses apart from 2 have been actual defeats. Its seems to punish ppl that can box. Hit detection as you said is another thing that havnt fixed. Im trying to see what actual improvements that has been made apart from getting a TH-camr as the face and name of a DLC pack. In any other walk of life we would say as PS5 player we just got robbed. We have bought a product that dont work on the bare minimum that is like going to Footlocker and buying a fresh pair Air Forces and finding out that your brand new trainers dont have Laces! You would go right bk to footlocker and get your money back simple setting if they allowed it i would request a refund on this game. @ it’s the second patch actually and also it’s not about big or small studios is the fact that the eight round glitch and also career mode is freezing and cannot load and there’s been no clinching in the game for two months since the game released 😂

Sci has fckd the game for online players and now offline aswell cos now carrer mode doesnt work aswell 60 quid for this game i wish i spent it on lottery tickets insted the game has huge potential but sci keep fcking the game up ,if i performed like they do in my job id be fired strait away ,the game died today in my opinion ive deleted it now ,if some how it does a cyber punk and gets good in 4/5 months i might play again.
Poor hit detection is just one of the many things that make Undisputed unplayable. There are so many foundational aspects of the game that are broken which makes it difficult to enjoy the game.
The jab is not a deterrent in this game, it’s lacking in so many areas, it’s still got a rock em sock em vibe. Animations are ps2 era. No attention to detail. Punches don’t land that are in range. Hit detection is a joke. I don’t think it can be fixed. It had fight night blue print 11 years ago and it comes out with this broken mess.

The update is awful.. It's like they claim to be changing things, but then just re-release the same game but now with Jake Paul, and Aqualand. Punches still don't land consistently, and deontay wilder spam is just as bad as before.
They still have cheaters in this game it's sad how pathetic some people are I was playing against a Deontay Wilder user all of a sudden I couldn't move my controller was plugged in but I couldn't move he just kept throwing power hooks and then there's frame glitching and ghost punching that anti cheat isn't working to good oh well I guess that's just PC users. I hope ps5 users don't have a way to cheat.
Yo man listen I'm going to be honest this is my take I'm a huge boxing fan. Madden and2K gave his bad products for years and we still supported. They are listening to the community. The boxers we have have likeliness to how they fight that is crazy in itself. Small glitches the boxing element I love it man. Of course there's a couple glitches but they are listening to us. The graphics how it moves. Online always going to have issues no matter what game you play Man. I'm supporting them for the fact that they're listening to us. For once we can have a fighting boxing game and you can use a box in IQ. I'm giving it to 8. 5. 2 years ago in Madden you couldn't kick a field goal. Let alone you couldn't block. Don't let me start about the running the blocking. 2K I'll have no words morphing in the players running through players you can't shoot do I need to keep going on. This game was a money grab. My boxer blocks like he’s handicap, can’t train past the 5th week, straights became nonexistent in this game, it takes you 7 times to finally get a knockout as If every fight is the fight of the year. This game is hot garbage

I feel the tracking hot improved more like a good middle ground where you have to line shots up i am able to line combos up
It’s like we can’t throw certain punches at certain Angeles…I’m definitely more cautious in the later rounds with my punches because of hit detection.

easiest way to practice that is in Quick Fights to be honest, it definitely gets easier with practice
Look in the middle of the bars and use your peripheral vision, it was a lot easier for me to get up after I started doing that

Brother the quiting glitch is not fixed! Either on ranked or online quick match. I loose XP and either gives me a loss or my record stays the same and the 8th round glitch has happened twice to me! The game on the PS5 is broken. Im a competitive player im 61-17-2 them 17 looses apart from 2 have been actual defeats. Its seems to punish ppl that can box. Hit detection as you said is another thing that havnt fixed. Im trying to see what actual improvements that has been made apart from getting a TH-camr as the face and name of a DLC pack. In any other walk of life we would say as PS5 player we just got robbed. We have bought a product that dont work on the bare minimum that is like going to Footlocker and buying a fresh pair Air Forces and finding out that your brand new trainers dont have Laces! You would go right bk to footlocker and get your money back simple setting if they allowed it i would request a refund on this game. Such a shame and massive potential but trust me wen i tell you this is a money grab. No gameplay fixes at all quiting still happening on PS5 round 8 not counting cant do 12 rounds cant land even tho you know your in range. Its a joke.

@ it’s the second patch actually and also it’s not about big or small studios is the fact that the eight round glitch and also career mode is freezing and cannot load and there’s been no clinching in the game for two months since the game released 😂

Sci has fckd the game for online players and now offline aswell cos now carrer mode doesnt work aswell 60 quid for this game i wish i spent it on lottery tickets insted the game has huge potential but sci keep fcking the game up ,if i performed like they do in my job id be fired strait away ,the game died today in my opinion ive deleted it now ,if some how it does a cyber punk and gets good in 4/5 months i might play again.
Poor hit detection is just one of the many things that make Undisputed unplayable. There are so many foundational aspects of the game that are broken which makes it difficult to enjoy the game.
The game sucks it’s a mess it just feels wrong. The only thing that feels right is the footwork, everything else is just dogshit
I think the ratings need to be turned off indefinitely and replaced with a rank system primarily.

The jab is not a deterrent in this game, it’s lacking in so many areas, it’s still got a rock em sock em vibe. Animations are ps2 era. No attention to detail. Punches don’t land that are in range. Hit detection is a joke. I don’t think it can be fixed. It had fight night blue print 11 years ago and it comes out with this broken mess.

The update is awful.. It's like they claim to be changing things, but then just re-release the same game but now with Jake Paul, and Aqualand. Punches still don't land consistently, and deontay wilder spam is just as bad as before.

They still have cheaters in this game it's sad how pathetic some people are I was playing against a Deontay Wilder user all of a sudden I couldn't move my controller was plugged in but I couldn't move he just kept throwing power hooks and then there's frame glitching and ghost punching that anti cheat isn't working to good oh well I guess that's just PC users. I hope ps5 users don't have a way to cheat.
Yo man listen I'm going to be honest this is my take
I'm a huge boxing fan. Madden and2K gave his bad products for years and we still supported. They are listening to the community. The boxers we have have likeliness to how they fight that is crazy in itself. Small glitches the boxing element I love it man. Of course there's a couple glitches but they are listening to us. The graphics how it moves. Online always going to have issues no matter what game you play Man. I'm supporting them for the fact that they're listening to us. For once we can have a fighting boxing game and you can use a box in IQ. I'm giving it to 8. 5. 2 years ago in Madden you couldn't kick a field goal. Let alone you couldn't block. Don't let me start about the running the blocking. 2K I'll have no words morphing in the players running through players you can't shoot do I need to keep going on. Be patient family blessings to you all. Good debate though respect everybody
