H16 AA site Huddersfield movie

Due to covid restrictions on travelling abroad. I decided to have a look at some of our defences that were set up just incase the nazis decided to invade way back in the 1940`s. I travel over to Huddersfield in Yorkshire to have a look an an HAA ( heavy anti aircraft battery ) and try and figure out what was here, and why it was here. Thanks for watching !!

There are lots of fortifications, over hear in the UK. Going back as far as emperor Adrian , up to the cold war 😊. Thanks for watching and commenting 😁
