Great to see you doing this Ryan. Keeping wind in the sails of real country! I will check out a few of these artists. I pretty much have cut most new music out of my life, and live in the classics. You're the third person to suggest Zach Top, so I'll start there. My wife turned me on to Bahamas more than a decade ago. He's got a diverse catalog and I encourage everyone to check out his music. Now that he has dove into country, there is really something there for most tastes. He's out of Ontario, but has chosen to be a Nova Scotian, living here for quite s few years. So points there too. Final thing I'll say is, if anyone watching this only knows Ryan from these videos, be sure to check out his music too. Great stuff! Few of my favs are Sun, Now That I Found You, Will You Take Me Back to Tulsa, and my boys and I were just singing along to Gaspereau Valley yesterday in the car. A real Nova Scotian anthem. Believe me! 😉 Great work, Bud! 👍
As soon as I uploaded this i realized there was no mention of Willie Nelson anywhere in the video. My apology Willie. He’s putting out new music like every 6 months- I expect that to continue into 2025. 🙏
Top video mate pretty much agree with everything you said! I’ll have to check out that Bahamas record 👌! Hopefully Jake worthington drops a killer album in 2025 his first one was unreal and Dillon Carmichael comes back with a bang
@@iHonkyTonk hes the real deal he finished # 2 on nbc the voice at 18 yrs old now hes in his prime hello shitty day duet witn miranda lambert hommage to faren young/ray price is his current song out
I don't like much of the new stuff, even something like Zach Top, sounds a bit too "unpure" (as in it sounds like it has been edited and recorded with autotune, kinda what happened to all of those 1990s and early 2000s country artitist). I do recommend the castellows though, a band
