How is Bob not a designer?!? His place is GORGEOUS!! I love every single thing that he has in his home and he has immaculate taste. There’s museum pieces but his home does not feel like a museum - a rare talent!! Thank you for featuring Bob!
This "house-museum" has a remarkable artistic sensibility. It is like having a voice. It has the owner's personality. It is delirately refined. It fills your soul with joy happiness it inspires sensually. Your eyes cannot get enough of it. It is unique. I was watching the video and it felt like a museum tour. It is UNIQUE
I'm with you on loving spaces instead of an open concept. Your home is lovely and full of warmth and character and interest. I adore the table in the kitchen and the Mable space. Beautiful welcoming home.
what an insightful and informative interiors video. it is so refreshing to see someone embrace collecting and beauty. so much of what is seen these days is simple form, cadaver and autopsy lab grey. this fellow does a marvelous presentation, as he presents both circa history and development/fruition of each item and each space. it is an excellent teaching video, and. because i choose to decorate using many of his decorating principles, i am renewed in my decorating/interior quests. i will come back to this video several times, just to review the many little things that "mean so much!" again, very nice job.
Hugs to you for being a dog lover. I have Momma and Daddy's elderly Pit Bull Sally Anne and a 7 year old Malamute plus cats. All of them are welcome in every room, and in bed, and our house is full of love.
Bravo! My dream home come true. It takes so much time to get rooms filled with so much interest and love. I wish I had his ability to make things work like this. Hey Homeworthy, I’d love to take a tour of his mother’s house to see if they are similar or different . Just loved this video. Thank you so much.
This is the third time I’ve watched your video. If you ever sell and I win the lottery…… well you know! I love your home and your presentation. Hug from a viewer. 1:09
Charming host and truly looooovely home. There were two pedestal bowls (?) with glass beads or marbles in the most beautiful sea green. I would love to know more, or a reference to purchase, I loved them! One in the Piano porch and one in the primary bedroom
I almost purchased a 1920 Tudor Revival in Dayton, OH in a subdivision called Patterson Park. Reasonably priced and gorgeous! Too much to fix, though, and I'm the guy with $40/year.
Wonderful! Your art is what really impressed my twin brother and myself. Yours is the only collection we've seen that included works by MELNIKOV and that small tempra piece was a real little gem..simply beautiful! We are art collectors and I am a docent at the MFAH. We would love to talk art, etc...maybe compare collections...If you are ever in the Houston area for work or recreation and have time, reach out...Keep collecting!
Thank you so much. I'm in Houston fairly often for work----love your city and the wonderful museums, including the MFAH. Isn't Igor's work so powerful? I've loved his paintings for years.
Gorgeous! What's not to love. And a lovely man as well. Having money helps. He has it, and I'm happy for he and his partner. I'm never jealous of the display of someone else's abundance, bc I love beauty, even just for its own sake. I'd like to see what he could do with a yearly income of $40K/year. I'm sure he'd do brilliantly, but I'd love to see what he would do as far as furnishings, etc.
Janice, 99% of the art is hard-wired, however, in an old Tudor, you sometimes run into walls where it just isn't possible. But great eye on you catching that. It drives me crazy too sometimes. lol. Thanks for watching!

“My art doesn’t talk to each other and I like that.” Love this!!!
Thank you so much for watching!
The kitchen and courtyard are my faves! Love the warm colors throughout!
I really appreciate your kind words. Thank you!
@BobGibbs-pb2ib You're so welcome! Thanks for showing us your home!

Beautiful home! Loved the stories about his mom and grandmother. The new courtyard is gorgeous and will be amazing in the spring/summer.
So kind! Thank you.

Just gorgeous! I could move right in.
What a compliment! Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing your lovely home and decor.
Thank you for watching Pamela!
Amazing home, so much detail and architectural characteristics
Thank you!
there are so many beautiful homes in Texas and this is no exception
Thank you very much.
So happy to see he kept the original windows, bravo ! Love the home .
Thank you Anita! The windows can be a challenge in our Texas summers, however, I wouldn't change them for the world. Thank you for watching!
I love this home you have good taste 😊
Thank you!
He’s interesting and comfortable - just like his incredible home.
Now...this is good taste! Thanks.
So very nice of you David. Thank you for watching my episode.

Loving the use of Lucite bases with antique pieces.
Thanks Jordan. I think they "elevate" anything. : )

This is amazing. Just beautiful.
I love the background music but it is too loud. It's louder then the home owner and difficult to hear him speaking.
My third viewing, and I am seeing things I didn’t see before. An amazing home with amazing collections!
What a beautiful home.
❤BEAUTIFUL home
Beautiful!!!
Thanks!
Stunning home. Would you mind turning down the music please? I can’t hear him speak.
Thank you for watching Susan
I cannot hear the Hist speaking with the background music. I love Homeworthy.
It’s temporary. Keep watching!

They can be a money-pit, however, I so love their old charm, and in the younger days, I could do a lot of the work myself. Thanks for watching!
Love him!
THANK YOU!
Love it🤩
Thank you

I love Mabel!❤❤
Mabel is really the star of the episode!
I have been eyeing antelope runners for a while. Im waiting until we sell this house and buy the next one.
Thank you for watching!
Beautiful glassware but Moser crystal is not German. It is Czech.😊
Rita, you are so right. You get a bit of lost brain and word jumble filming these. lol. My mistake completely.
Loving the tour, but the background music obscures the narrative.
Thank you so much for watching.
Imagine buying a grand piano a that age, well done to him.
Beautiful home 👍👏👏👏
Norah, I think I was probably a bit unusual for my age. lol. Thank you so much for watching!

Did anybody know his birthday? Thanks
Music too loud!!!!!
Just beautiful! How about investing in an electrician to hard wire the lamps above your art so the cords don't hang beneath the art.

👍
The music is too loud. It’s supposed to be background music. I can’t even hear what he’s saying.
Who decided to add that overbearing background music? I can’t hear anything he’s saying.
Bud vases are EXTREMELY offensive!!!! Do better Homeworthy!
Great house yet I’d live in a shack over living in red disgusting republican state of Texas
The heat too
The heat can get pretty bad, no doubt! Thank you for watching.
