    Ingredients for mutton Haleem
    Mutton
    Broken wheat (Dalia)
    Lentils (urad dal, chana dal, toor dal, yellow moong dal)
    Ginger-garlic paste
    Salt
    Red chilli powder
    Garam masala powder
    Turmeric powder
    Green chillies
    Peppercorns
    Onion
    Cooking oil
    Whole spices (cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom)
    Fresh coriander
    Curd (yogurt)
    Water
    Ghee (optional)
    Mint leaves
    Cashew nuts
    Lemon wedges
    Preparation:
    Soak Grains: Soak a mix of broken wheat and lentils for about 1 hour.
    Cook Mutton: Pressure cook mutton with spices until tender, then shred it.
    Boil Grains: Boil soaked grains until soft.
    Blend Grains: Blend boiled grains into a coarse paste.
    Sauté Onions: Sauté onions until golden brown.
    Combine Ingredients: Mix shredded mutton, blended grains, and sautéed onions together.
    Simmer: Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
    Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fried onions, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, and optionally, some ghee. Enjoy your delicious mutton Haleem!
