nice video and for S stock it would have fitted the b division tunnels since its 57 feet 3 feet shorter than the R160 and R143 and it's gangway connection should probably help out passengers on the A, L, D, & Q trains
+Luftschlange I agree and the s stock open gangway has been considered by the MTA for the R211 here is the link from NY Daily Post m.nydailynews.com/new-york/manhattan/mta-plans-test-open-model-train-car-article-1.2508577
Now I didn't know that, thanks. And by the way, are you possibly family of Mr. & Mrs. Searle who lived in Lower Road, Chorleywood ? - He worked in the upholstery department at London Transport on the trains.
I work in the forest academy in year 7 8 but after the next summer holiday i will not be there in September 2020 sorry about that Ibrahim I love you so much
Because there's no need. Willesden Green isn't a very busy station due to its geographic location, and the traffic is served well enough by the Jubilee Line. Metropolitan Line trains tend to come from out of London, and there is little need to stop an already rather long journey into the city centre for an already well-served station. It does still stop at Willesden Green during maintenance periods on the Jubilee Line.
@TheRenaissanceman65 Yes...? I don't see how that detracts from my point. You aren't going to have a train stop one way but not the other. Commuters from Hertfordshire don't want to be stopping at extra stations on their way to/from work when their journey is long enough as it is.
I appreciate how that one train whistled for the video 😁
I love underground
Me too

Nice
The Metropolitan Line between Wembley Park and Finchley Road has 2 abandoned platforms. One in Neasden and one in Willesden Green you’ve just said.
nice video and for S stock it would have fitted the b division tunnels since its 57 feet 3 feet shorter than the R160 and R143 and it's gangway connection should probably help out passengers on the A, L, D, & Q trains
No, it's too modern for New York ;-)

My 2 Favourite Stations Are Neasden And Willesden Green
The motors I love
Sometimes Metropolitan line trains stop at Neasden or Willesden Green to change drivers.
Now I didn't know that, thanks.
And by the way, are you possibly family of Mr. & Mrs. Searle who lived in Lower Road, Chorleywood ? - He worked in the upholstery department at London Transport on the trains.
No, I don't/didn't. I am from Australia.
@@TheSearleFamily123 - Thanks very much indeed for your reply
Anyways, @@MrGregHiller, if you watch this video by Underground202: th-cam.com/video/TpsSoNGHY4k/w-d-xo.html
I'm new watching this
If you happen to visit Kuala Lumpur one day you can film all the trains there too.
I like it
Have you done Royal Oak yet?
That’s one of my favourites
4:01 that's awfully strange how the motor sounded...
West Hamp is served by London Overground and the Govia Thameslink Railway too!
Also the met originally operated between Paddington and Farringdon. The extension came in around 1880, and Wembley Park opened in 1894.
no its the london midland service which is owned by thameslink govia railway.

@wclifton968 London Midland, Southern, South Eastern, Great Northern, Thameslink and Gatwick Express are all owned by GTR. So Carol is right too 😊👍🏼

oh ok
At wembly park they can stop the jubillee and metropolitan line trains so that is good.
The 1996 stock trains sound very similar to the class 465
This video can stop trains in the jubilee line
9:36 Don't run there's always another one
Yes
I work in the forest academy in year 7 8 but after the next summer holiday i will not be there in September 2020 sorry about that Ibrahim I love you so much
And no one cares
why doesn't the metropolitan not stop at Willesden Green anymore
Because there's no need. Willesden Green isn't a very busy station due to its geographic location, and the traffic is served well enough by the Jubilee Line. Metropolitan Line trains tend to come from out of London, and there is little need to stop an already rather long journey into the city centre for an already well-served station. It does still stop at Willesden Green during maintenance periods on the Jubilee Line.
Is that why the platforms look less dilapidated than one would expect?
Because it stopped there a long time ago but Due to people falling they closed platform 3 and 4 So now it's for the 1996 stock jubilee tube line.
@TheRenaissanceman65 Yes...? I don't see how that detracts from my point. You aren't going to have a train stop one way but not the other. Commuters from Hertfordshire don't want to be stopping at extra stations on their way to/from work when their journey is long enough as it is.

Hello! Your videos are awesome! But I have one question. Can you visit Warsaw? We have only 2 lines but our subways is very clean and modern :)
um chica
+Luftschlange do one in New Jersey transit
Um the london underground doesn't have local and express services they just have lines that you use depending on where you want to go.
No, the Metropolitan line runs express services in the peak hours.
In American you call them Express and local. In UK you call them as Stopping, Non stop, Fast, semi fast
4:55 jubilee lines kind of sounded like a whale ngl
